The Annual General  Meeting of the congregation will take place on May 16^th, at 19:30 in Merkaz Tamar of Congregation Hod ve-Hadar.
On the agenda:
Short report  from the Board about the main activities held in 2016.
Approval of 2016 financial statement (the report will be available at the office a week before the meeting).
Presentation and approval of the 2017 plans and budget.
Election of Board and Oversight committee members.
Approval of a change in Hod ve-Hadar by-laws:
Paragraph  #4 presently states “The Annual General Meeting will be held between Passover and Shavuot”. The new wording will be “The Annual General Meeting  will be held between January and Shavuot.
Explanation:  This will open the possibility to have the meeting earlier so  that budgeting and planning for the coming year will be approved earlier.
